Business Philosophy

I am passionate about helping people and working together as a team, which is one of the reasons I became a real estate professional. My desire and aim is to exceed my clients expectations.  I am committed to learning about each person's wants and needs, therefore you can count on me to utilize my knowledge and expertise in helping you from contract to closing whether you are buying or selling.  

I began my real estate career part time 5 yrs ago while working as a full time healthcare professional.  I recently retired from working 22 years in healthcare and now devote my days full time to helping clients in Harrisburg, Pa and surrounding areas.  I also have a background in sales, specific to insurance and health and wellness.  My background in the service industry and sales make me the perfect agent to help clients with:

Cheryl is a member GHAR (Greater Harrisburg of Realtors); PAR (PA Association of Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors).

I also have a passion for helping organizations in my community to feed the hungry, and am involved in other outreach programs.
